Why Indisk Yogamandala

Indisk Yogamandala was born from a simple yet powerful belief: yoga belongs to everyone. Our studio is built around the idea that each individual—regardless of age, background, or body type—deserves a space to explore the science, philosophy, and transformative power of yoga in a way that feels authentic and accessible.

Our motto, “Yoga for All to understand, identify & embrace the inner calmness,” reflects the heart of our mission. We guide you towards a deeper awareness of your own breath, body, and mind, helping you enter a state of inner bliss that extends far beyond the mat.

Hatha Yoga

It is a combination of two bija mantras (seed mantra) ‘Ha’ and ‘Tha’. ‘Ha’ represents ‘prana’- the vital force and ‘Tha’ represents ‘mind’, the mental energy. So, Hatha Yoga means the union of the pranic and mental forces. This is the awakening of higher consciousness. 

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a calmer form of yoga where the positions are held for a longer period of time in order to access body’s deep connective tissue. It is a meditative form of yoga and is suitable for all levels. It has a great impact on body, muscles and fascia, with increased mobility, flexibility and pain relief. 

Restorative Yoga for Senior Citizens

Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation, rest and recovery. It aims to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and promote overall well-being by allowing the body to fully relax and rejuvenate.  The primary purpose is to facilitate deep relaxation and healing.

Our Instructor

I began my journey in the fast-paced corporate world, where I built a thriving career shaping stories, nurturing brands, and helping people connect with their audiences. But even as my professional life flourished, I felt a deep pull towards a different kind of storytelling—the one that happens within us. 

Yoga became that inner language for me. What started as a simple practice to find balance soon grew into a lifelong passion. I traveled across India to learn from some of the finest gurus, immersing myself in traditional teachings, mindful movement, and the science of breath. Each experience strengthened my belief that yoga is not just a practice—it’s a way of living with presence, intention, and grace. I have completed 1200 hours of Teacher Training Courses from the Ministry of Ayush under the Govt. of India & other yoga schools approved by the Yoga Alliance, USA. 

My classes blend authenticity, grounding energy, and modern accessibility, making yoga welcoming for every body and every life stage. 

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-term practice, I’m here to guide you with compassion, creativity, and a heart full of purpose.
